Guillaume Hacques is a post-doctoral fellow on the ANR TeamSports project. His work aims at studying the influence of identity processes on interpersonal coordination and performance in different team sports. He has completed a thesis in STAPS at the CETAPS laboratory of the University of Rouen Normandy. His thesis examines the effects of different practice conditions of climbing tasks on the exploratory activity (visual and behavioral) of learners in order to better understand how learning dynamics affect the transfer of perceptual-motor skills.
